Barefoot Camp is an excellent place for vacationing, camping, fishing, swimming, photographing, & wildlife viewing (deer, eagles, rabbits, squirrels, turkey, etc.) We have 38 pull through trailer spaces. There are 9 covered shelters located along the Colorado River.

If you’re coming with a group, check out “The Ragsdale 206”and have the entire place to yourself all while maintaining privacy within your groups.
The space: 204 is a wonderful cozy 800 sq ft. space featuring a living area equipped with smart TV, full kitchen for preparing you own meals, bath, and bedroom with king size bed. The living area has a queen size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.
Guest access: Private key code entrance, covered patio is located out the kitchen door of this apartment to sit and enjoy some gourmet coffee. Note: this is a shared yard and patio with apartment 206.
Other things to note: Experience our beautiful city parks. Walk or drive down to The Mill Pond & San Saba River parks. They are beautiful to take in. Across Hwy 190 is the Reisen Park for volleyball, hiking and outdoor fun. Make your way out to the historic Regency Swinging Bridge, the last full functioning suspension bridge in the state. Colorado Bend State Park is a short drive to the east. The space: We lovingly call this space “The 19th Hole”. In Golf, this term reflects a place to relax after a long hard day of golf. It is themed on vintage golf to pay tribute to our fabulous San Saba River Golf Course. It is a cozy place with living area with smart TV, full kitchen well stocked for preparing your own meals, one bath and bedroom with an old school queen size bed.
Guest access: Private key code entrance, 206 has a coffee spot out the kitchen door with a bistro set to sit and enjoy some gourmet coffee. You also have access to the shared yard and patio located in the fenced in area adjoining apartment 204.
