Wedding Oak Winery’s 2016 Summer Grand Table, featuring Chef Bryan Gillenwater of Bryans on 290 in Johnson City, will be held Wednesday, July 13th, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Barrel Room. The Farm and Sea to Table event will feature Wedding Oak wines paired with Asian salmon poke with avocado, grilled scallop cocktail with hearts of palm and heirloom tomato salad with green coriander vinaigrette, slow smoked glazed pork belly with local peach and blue cheese salad, grilled center cut beef loin with mushroom ragout, grilled harvest vegetables and roasted potatoes, and for dessert, cream cheese peanut butter pie with chocolate ganache and grape compote.
Tickers are $75 per person. For Wedding Oak Winery Club members, tickets are $65 per person.
